Rivers Alive Stream Cleanup

Every October, Clayton County Water Authority hosts a Rivers Alive Stream Clean up at a local creek or river to clean up trash, debris and other pollutants.  This is a great community activity for scouts, youth groups, environmental clubs, families and civic groups.

The 2019 Rivers Alive Event took place on Saturday, October 26 at Swint Elementary School. Volunteers were able to enjoy lunch and learning activities including our What NOT to Flush corn hole game, Model Water Tower, water sampling and our hit prize wheel! CCWA would like to thank all of our community volunteers for participating.

Information on our 2022 event will be posted in late summer.
