Open Records Request

The Clayton County Water Authority (CCWA) is subject to the Georgia Open Records Act (O.C.G.A. §50-18-70 et seq.).

You may submit an Open Records request through any one of the following methods:

• By using the online Open Records Request Form
• By emailing your request to openrecords@ccwa.us
• By mail or delivery to CCWA’s Open Records Custodian at:

Office of the Staff Attorney
Clayton County Water Authority
1600 Battle Creek Road
Morrow, Georgia 30260

After your request is submitted via email or the Online Form, or received by mail or delivery, a CCWA representative will provide a response to your request within three (3) business days, in compliance with the Georgia Open Records Act.
