Meet HR Manager, Employee Experiences Tiffany Stallworth. CCWA’s commitment to creating a supportive and engaging workplace is strengthened every day by the work of HR Manager of Employee Experience, Tiffany Stallworth. Since joining CCWA in 2021, Tiffany has played a key role in shaping how employees are welcomed, recognized, and supported throughout their time with the organization. Tiffany’s role touches many areas of the employee experience. She oversees recruitment and onboarding, helps guide performance management, coordinates engagement activities, and supports employees and leaders with concerns and/or disciplinary matters. She works closely with teams across CCWA to make sure our policies, communication, and culture help employees feel supported and set up for success.
When asked what she enjoys most, Tiffany says it’s being able to help employees grow. “I genuinely enjoy supporting employees through every stage of their journey here. Whether it’s welcoming new employees on their first day, offering guidance during challenging moments, or celebrating an achievement, this fills my work with purpose,” she shared.
Working with such a large and diverse organization means every day brings something new. Tiffany mentioned that balancing so many different needs can be challenging, but it’s also what keeps the work interesting. “Each situation calls for empathy, clear communication, and thoughtful judgment. While the challenges can be complex, they push me to stay adaptable, creative, and proactive in finding solutions,” she said.
Tiffany joined CCWA in 2021 and brings 20 years of HR experience to her role. Throughout her career, she has worked across all major areas of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compliance, training, and performance management. She has seen HR evolve over the years and has shaped her approach around creating more meaningful, people-focused experiences.
Outside of work, Tiffany loves spending time with her husband and cheering on her boys at their baseball and basketball games. She also enjoys making bracelets and rings, a creative outlet that helps her unwind. Currently, she’s focused on embracing this season of life by finding peace, reflecting, and appreciating the moments that contribute to personal growth. #waterprofessionals
