On a typical day, Quinton manages various communication platforms, including Cisco Unified Communications servers, Virtual Observer recording servers, Microsoft Office 365 suite, Skykit media players, cellular device management, and the Veeam Office 365 backup server. His responsibilities range from monitoring system health and performance to troubleshooting and addressing any issues that arise promptly.

One of Quinton’s favorite aspects of his job is tackling complex issues within the voice and Office 365 environments. Each challenge provides an opportunity for him to apply his technical expertise and problem-solving skills. Quinton particularly enjoys the research aspect of troubleshooting, as it allows him to continuously learn and discover new techniques or technologies.

With three years of service at CCWA and a wealth of experience from previous roles, including Network Engineer positions at the City of South Fulton and Southern Company, Quinton brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role.
