CCWA offices will be closed on Monday, January 19 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, January 20. If you have a water, sewer or stormwater emergency, call us at 770-960-5200.

Protect your pipes when temps drop below 32 degrees. Pipes that freeze most frequently are those that are exposed to severe cold, like outdoor hose bibs, swimming pool supply lines, water sprinkler lines, and water supply pipes in unheated interior areas like basements and crawl spaces, attics, garages, or kitchen cabinets. Water & Your Health

Tap water is cost effective and it is a great way to stay refreshed and hydrated!  CCWA monitors and tests water throughout the entire treatment process – from water sources, to advanced treatment facilities, to the network of distribution pipes that deliver safe, clean drinking water directly to you.

Water Quality Reports

CCWA meets all federal and state regulations. Information regarding compliance with drinking water rules are reported annually in our Water Quality Report.  Water Quality Reports are published every spring and made available to all customers. Drinking water, including bottled water, may reasonably be expected to contain at least small amounts of some contaminants both natural and man-made. As the science and ability to detect levels of contaminants evolves, regulations are reviewed and updated. As new requirements are released by state and federal agencies, we will continue to share how we are working to meet them with our customers and the community.
