Facility and Plant Tours

A facility tour is a great way for students, or other groups, to learn more about our innovative treatment processes used and what goes on behind the tap. To schedule a tour of one of our water reclamation facilities or water production plants, please click here to complete our online request form.

Water Reclamation Facility Tours

See how the CCWA uses biology and other treatment processes to clean up wastewater with a tour of the W. B. Casey Water Reclamation Facility in Jonesboro. Tours are available for high school students Tuesdays – Thursdays between 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. Groups should be between 10 and 20 people.

Water Production Plant Tours

Learn how clean, safe drinking water is produced for more than 270,000 residents with a tour of the Terry R. Hicks Water Production Complex in Jonesboro. Tours are available Tuesday – Thursday between 8 a.m.— 3 p.m. for students in 4th grade or older. Groups should be between 10 – 35 people.
