Protect your pipes when temps drop below 32 degrees. Pipes that freeze most frequently are those that are exposed to severe cold, like outdoor hose bibs, swimming pool supply lines, water sprinkler lines, and water supply pipes in unheated interior areas like basements and crawl spaces, attics, garages, or kitchen cabinets. ACCOUNT ACCESS AND PAYMENTS CLOSED FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WEBSITE ENHANCEMENTS

CCWA is implementing a new Customer Information System coming September 1. Customers will not be able to access their account or make a payment from 8 a.m. on 8/28 – 8 a.m. on 9/1 as we transition to a new system.
Customer Service locations will be closed Monday, 8/31 as we complete the transition.
We look forward to rolling out our new system on the 1st. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
