Small Local Business Program Hosting Virtual Workshop January 14 –Social Media Strategy: Reaching Your Audience

Clayton County Water Authority’s (CCWA) Small Local Business Enterprise Program is hosting its first virtual workshop of 2021, “Social Media Strategy: Reaching Your Audience”, on Thursday, January 14 from 2 – 4 p.m. via Zoom.

Business, as usual, is never again going to be business as usual and social networking is the best way to stay connected to clients, colleagues and customers.

Presenter Montina Young Portis, Founder & CEO of CIA Media Group, will share essential topics to help small businesses:

  • identify the right social media sites
  • develop a social media strategy
  • build a content marketing plan that builds relationships and new business.

Portis will also provide a social media strategy checklist to identify the best platforms for your business and strategies for creating content. She will also share specific strategies, examples, and common issues that companies face when implementing a social media marketing plan.
