Online Account Access

The Clayton County Water Authority (CCWA) offers customers Online Account Access 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This feature allows you to check your account balance, view your billing history and make a payment - at your convenience.

In order to set up Online Account Access, we must have the last four digits of your Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number on file. This information is needed for us to protect access to your account. If you need to provide this information, or if you want to verify that CCWA already has it on file, please contact the CCWA Call Center at 770.961.2130.

Sign up for Online Account Access

All you need to sign up for this feature is:

• Your recent CCWA water bill (you will need your 10 digit account number when you first sign up)
• For Residential Customers - the last four digits of your Social Security Number
• For Commercial Customers - the last four digits of your Tax Identification Number
• A valid email account

To set up Online Account Access, you must enter your name exactly as it appears on your water bill.
