The winning Georgia entries from the 2009 Rivers of Words Student Art & Poetry contest will be on display at the Newman Wetlands Center from April 5 - 30. This is an amazing display of artwork and poetry based on students' (K-12) observations of nature in their watershed. This national contest attracted over 20,000 entries last year, including winning art and poetry entries from many Georgia students.
